Bill had femoral bypass surgery on December 14, 2006 to improve the circulation in his legs and prevent an amputation or two. He got a blood clot in his left leg which slowed down his recovery. He hopes to be home by Christmas Eve.

Bill came home from the hospital on Christmas Eve afternoon and was able to share in some Christmas activities.
