2011-04 Grow boxes

I spent a couple of days rebuilding our garden boxes. It wasn't cheap - lumber and hardware cost $225/ dirt, compost and vermiculite cost $110. I wonder how many years it will take to recoup the investment.

2011-04-04 Byron Roylance


12/23/1924~04/04/2011 Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Byron, returned home to our Heavenly Father on April 4, 2011. He was born in Parker, Idaho to Alta and Darwin Roylance. Byron served honorably during World War II earning the Purple Heart. He married his sweetheart, Beverly Roylance in 1946 after which they were sealed for all time and eternity in 1954. He completed his education in Electronics Engineering at the University of Utah; after which he spent most of his career working for the Naval Electronics Laboratory in San Diego, California. Byron is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; daughter, Trudy; son, Craig (Debbie); daughter, Gail (Carl) Nelson, and son, Steven (Lori). He is preceded in death by his son, Robert D. Roylance, and his four brothers and sister. Special thanks to Lori Barnhurst for her devotion to our family. Funeral Services for Byron will be held Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South. The family will receive friends at a visitation Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, and from 10:45 until 11:45 a.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
