Both Laurel and LaRue had hip replacement surgery. Laurel lost a lot of blood and was anemic and had to stay an extra day in the hospital. This isn't a flattering photo, but she doesn't look at the blog so she'll never see it. We took her some soup which I am sure will aid in her recovery.

I DID too see the picture on the blog. No, this is NOT flattering, but we're improving. I put lipstick on today :-)
